1. General Provisions

77up ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online casino and sports betting service operating for adult users in Bangladesh. The platform operates for entertainment purposes and user data is kept secure through SSL encryption.

These Terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In any case where legal interpretation is required, the Bengali version of the Terms shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility & Account

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate.

2.3 Account Security

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

77up reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to submit the required documents for verification in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

77up currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions through any method not listed above are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

3.3 Transaction Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. The deposit method and amount may be taken into account at the time of withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 77up are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There are no additional charges related to currency conversion.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

77up offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount, applicable only on the bonus funds (not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Policy Terms

• Each promotion operates under its own terms; applicable terms will be stated on the promotion's page.
• 77up reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit bonuses if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• 77up reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. Gaming Policy

5.1 Fair Play & RNG

All game outcomes on 77up are determined through a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is impartial and uninfluenced. We are committed to fair play and every outcome is determined entirely at random.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 77up reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.3 Sports Betting

The markets and odds displayed in the sports betting section are dependent on information about the relevant event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, 77up will follow the applicable rules for the related bets. 77up reserves the right to change any result if required due to a technical issue or data error.

5.4 Live Casino

If a live casino game is interrupted mid-game due to a technical disruption, the provider's rules will apply in determining the outcome of that game. 77up will not be responsible for issues caused by internet connectivity problems.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Using or sharing another person's account.
• Strategically operating accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence against the platform.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Fraudulent behavior or collusion with other users.
• Dishonestly exploiting technical errors on the platform.

If suspicious evidence of any of the above activities is found, 77up will begin an investigation and take legal action if necessary.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Suspension by 77up

77up may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to verify identity or incomplete KYC.
• Necessary precautionary measures while an active investigation is ongoing.

7.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. If a valid balance exists and verification has been completed, it can be withdrawn.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

77up may impose an inactivity fee on accounts that have been completely inactive for an extended period; prior notice will be given by email in such cases.

8. Responsible Gaming

77up places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is an entertainment activity and should never be a cause of financial stress or personal problems.

• Users can set their own deposit limits and session time limits.
• A self-exclusion (temporary break) option is available.
